**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide thought leadership and technical insight in order to innovate and enhance solutions to support strategic goal achievement
- Own the roadmap for the technological development of new and existing processes and service offerings
- Advocate customer focussed solutions to business problems
- Develop strategies designed to optimise existing processes
- Lead and facilitate innovation and continuous improvement workshops, including presentation of analysis, findings and proposed solutions
- Provide technical findings to the business in non-technical terms
- Conduct research, modelling, forecasting, measuring and reporting to support business decisions required for proposed solutions
**To be successful in this role you will be**:
- A polished senior leader with over 5 years’ experience, comfortable working across all levels of organisations across a range of industry sectors
- A well-developed understanding of digital transformation and innovation
- Advanced strategic and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to identify, build and deliver both tactical and strategic change initiatives
- An advanced understanding of workers compensation insurance policy and claims service delivery and associated risk management implications will be viewed favorably.
