- Paid parental leave and employee assistance program About the role: In this role, you will strive to make a positive difference in the lives of our valued residents and provide a high level of attention to detail, warmth, and exceptional customer service.

Key duties:
- Provide a high level of service engagement with residents- Always maintain a professional image and reflect the values of Anglicare
- Integrity, Justice, Compassion and Service Excellence.- Ensue residents and visitors are attended to, promoting care, warmth and promptly managing their enquiries- Ensure general administrative activities are completed on time and residents' questions are managed in a timely way- Contribute to the efficiency of the office by ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded and maintained.- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all staff and encourage teamwork- Be part of a caring and fun team who love to make a difference each day.

Skills, knowledge and experience:
- Experience working in aged care or similar environment preferred- Well-developed communication skills and positive phone manner- Effective time-management and organisational skills- Intermediate skill level in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
