**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain strong partnerships with key industry stakeholders across Australia, USA and Canada
- Identify, Target, Prioritise and pursue recent partnership opportunities to expand ShiftCare’s reach and influence.
- Manage the partners' webinar pipeline, ensuring successful planning and execution of events.
- Identify and facilitate collaboration opportunities, including social, webinars, ebooks, blogs, whitepapers, and event participation.
- Oversee and manage the partnership referral program, including tracking and reporting performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with ShiftCare’s strategy.
- Monitor partnership performance and provide regular updates and insights to the CEO.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience or proven expertise in partnership management.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through successful partnerships and business development
- Proven ability to drive sales through strategic partnerships, including a strong understanding of sales pipelines, lead generation, and conversion strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the healthcare sector is advantageous
