This is an ideal next step for an experienced Residential Manager or Care Manager who enjoys variety and making a broader organisational impact.

About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will provide senior leadership coverage across our homes during planned leave or short-term operational support. You’ll step into Residential Manager roles as needed, ensuring stability, compliance and quality care while supporting teams through transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Residential Manager coverage during planned leave or short-term support
- Maintain continuity of care, compliance and resident-centred outcomes
- Build trust with teams, residents and families
- Support homes through change with confidence and clarity
- Partner with senior leaders to uphold operational excellence About You
You are a confident, adaptable aged care leader who can step into new environments and make an immediate impact. You bring:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience in Residential Manager or Care Manager roles with operational oversight
- Strong knowledge of aged care compliance and clinical governance
- Solid communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to travel across NSW and South East QLD
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle What We Offer
