Home Care Support Worker - Denistone (City of Ryde)

Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities. We are seeking Home Care Support Workers in Denistone and surrounding areas including Epping, Beecroft, Dundas Valley, Ermington, Cheltenham, Eastwood, North Ryde, Marsfield, Gladesville, Hunters Hill, North Rocks, Oatlands, Pennant Hills. - Permanent Part-time or Casual contracts are available depending on your location and availability to work
- $31.13
- $34.93 per hou r (dependent on experience) + 12% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time

- Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc.
- Transportation and Personal Care: Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
- Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
- Safety Practices: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe Key Requirements
- Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
