**Position description**: We seek an enthusiastic Customer Services Operator to join our vibrant Results department in Macquarie Park. You will be an essential team member, and your responsibilities will include the following:

- Answering high volume inbound and outbound calls to provide results to key stakeholders, such as doctors’ rooms
- Delivers exceptional customer service in a quick paced health environment
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve tasks promptly
- Conducting office duties and other clerical duties as required.

- Open to working rostered full time hours Monday to Sunday, which includes afternoon/evening shift
- A hard-working, motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a team player
