Catholic Healthcare has introduced Roving Residential Manager roles to support continuity of care and operational excellence across our 40 Residential Aged Care homes in NSW and QLD.

This is an ideal next step for an experienced Residential Manager or Care Manager who enjoys variety and making a broader organisational impact.

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will provide senior leadership coverage across our homes during planned leave or short-term operational support. You’ll step into Residential Manager roles as needed, ensuring stability, compliance and quality care while supporting teams through transition.

About You

You are a confident, adaptable aged care leader who can step into new environments and make an immediate impact. You bring:

Current AHPRA registration Experience in Residential Manager or Care Manager roles with operational oversight Solid knowledge of aged care compliance and clinical governance Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills Flexibility to travel across NSW and South East QLD Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
