Position
- Initial 6-month contract opportunity for a Senior FP&A; Interim, with robust likelihood of extension.
- Reporting directly to the Commercial Finance Lead, playing a pivotal role within the finance function.
- Lead enterprise-wide planning cycles and drive improvements in forecasting capability across a complex and evolving operating environment.
- Partner closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver forward-looking, commercially focused financial insights and analysis.
- Utilise deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and embedding of best-practice FP&A; frameworks, planning processes, and financial governance.
- Support critical business initiatives through data-driven analysis, performance insights, and informed financial recommendations Profile CA/CPA qualified, bringing a strong track record in FP&A; with deep expertise across budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance analysis. Experienced operating within complex and multi-entity environments. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to engage, influence, and partner effectively with senior stakeholders is key. Exposure to healthcare or similarly complex sectors will be highly regarded. Must possess advanced analytical capability with a focus on delivering forward-looking, insight-driven outcomes that support strategic decision-making. A confident communicator with the ability to distil complex financial information into clear, meaningful insights for diverse audiences. Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable navigating dynamic environments, you thrive in roles that require agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Benefits
