About the role

This is a rare chance for a high-performing and dedicated injury management specialist to join a committed team at one of Australia’s largest for-purpose organisations.

If you find it rewarding to help injured workers achieve their best possible health at work and supporting managers as they help their staff recover at work, this may be the role for you.

Reporting to our Work Health & Safety Manager, you understand and value people, are highly proactive, efficient and responsive in your work, and work exceptionally well with people. You coordinate activities with others and communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring you build and maintain positive rapport with all stakeholders. You are empathetic while maintaining focus on achieving the best health outcomes for people.

Supported by your colleagues in the Work Health & Safety team, you will also experience additional support from our Wellbeing Officer and Chaplains, who offer wrap around wellbeing and pastoral support for injured workers.

tertiary qualifications in a health discipline essential (e.g. Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Provider)

completion of the SIRA return to work coordinator training module

current valid NSW driver’s licence and ability to travel to both metro and regional areas within NSW and the ACT when needed.
