Field Technician (Macquarie Park)

ROLE OVERVIEW Highly motivated individual eager to launch a career in geospatial technology as a Field Technician. Full training provided in 3D laser scanning and data processing. Strong commitment to accuracy, safety, and teamwork KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pre-field investigation from Source Material and Prepare equipment for site visits
- Navigate to site
- Undertaking accurate field data collection utilising 3D Laser Scanners
- Take Field Notes
- Take photos whilst on site
- Process the data using registration software.
- Adherence to all WHS safe working practices, including the requirements of Clients when working off-site REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Higher School Certificate (minimum)
- Robust attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- Interest in technology and geospatial tools
- Driver’s license
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team environment THIS ROLE WOULD BE IDEAL FOR SOMEONE WHO:
