**About the Role**

We are looking for a full-time Landscape Gardener to join our dynamic team. Salary

range $70,000 to $80,000 plus super annuation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare site plans and drawings; select appropriate plants, materials and equipment in line with client design requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate landscape construction tasks from soft planting to hardscape build-works.
- Set out and install both hardscape and softscape elements including decking, paved areas, gravel zones, retaining walls, fences, pergolas, trellises, ponds, and built-in garden furniture.
- Prepare seedbeds and growing sites; plant trees, shrubs, hedges, groundcovers, flowers and bulbs; prepare lawn areas including topsoil spreading and laying instant turf or artificial grass.
- Determine hydraulic parameters for irrigation systems; install, test and maintain irrigation pumps, meters and piping.
- Ensure all installations (fencing, gates, retaining walls, turf) meet quality, safety and aesthetic standards.
- Operate landscaping tools, machinery and equipment; maintain a clean, protected and organised worksite in line with company standards.
- Collaborate with the team, follow site supervisor instructions, and consistently maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications
- Certificates in landscape is preferred but not mandatory
- Previous 1 year experience in landscape construction or gardening preferred
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

Pay: $70,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year
