Full-Time Location: Epping, Victoria
**Responsibilities**: 1. Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and assist customers with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
2. Documentation and Filing:
- Handle paperwork related to vehicle sales, service appointments, and other transactions.
- Organize and maintain accurate records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.
3. Appointment Scheduling:
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for customers.
- Manage calendars for the sales and service teams.
4. Customer Relations:
- Assist customers in completing required forms and documents.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
5. Inventory Management:
- Assist in managing inventory records for vehicle sales and parts.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory information.
6. Collaboration:
- Coordinate with various departments, including sales, service, and finance, to facilitate seamless communication and information flow.
- Provide administrative support to different teams as needed.
7. Cash Handling:
- Process payments and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile daily transactions.
8. Office Maintenance:
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office space.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred but not a must.
- Training will be provided
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of automotive industry terminology and processes is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule: Full-time Monday
- Friday.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part time
**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
