Production Process Worker – Food Manufacturing Location: Epping, VIC Shifts & Rates:
- Day (6am–2pm) – $30.35
- Afternoon (2pm–10pm) – $34.90
- Night (10pm–6am) – $39.46 Shifts are rostered based on production needs, so flexibility is required. About the Role: We are seeking experienced food manufacturing professionals to join a leading global food manufacturer in Epping. As a Production Process Worker, you will contribute to efficient, protected, and high-quality production operations in a GMP-compliant environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Packing, palletising, labelling, and assisting machine operators
- Maintaining GMP, HACCP, and OHS standards
- Completing accurate documentation and record-keeping
- Supporting product changeovers, housekeeping, and waste management
- Working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment About You:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in food manufacturing
- Reliable, punctual, and a solid team player
- Physically capable of lifting up to 10kg
