Our client is an equipment supplier seeking a motivated and energetic Junior / Trainee Business Development Manager to join their growing team based in Epping, Victoria. - Win new customers across construction, infrastructure, events, and industrial sectors
- Make outbound calls and follow up on incoming enquiries to convert opportunities
- Build strong customer relationships and support both recent and existing clients

- Assist with quotes, proposals, and tenders to support the sales team
- Join senior BDMs on meetings and site visits to gain hands‑on industry exposure
- Support account management and help coordinate ongoing projects
