Customer & Office Support Officer (Epping)

About the Role We are seeking a Customer & Office Support Officer to join our Operations team in a part time capacity. This role plays an important part in supporting customer enquiries, order processing, and general office administration. This is a part-time role working Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm (Negotiable) Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Process daily sales orders accurately
- Enter and follow up quotations
- Prepare and process dispatch paperwork for sample requests
- Provide administrative support to Sales and Operations teams
- Handle customer interactions including orders, warranties and returns
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Record and escalate customer complaints when required
- General office administration duties (data entry, filing, documentation) To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or order processing
- Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with ERP systems (MYOB EXO), warehouse or transport operations will be highly regarded Why MUN?
