**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Through an expansion plan, an exciting opportunity has become available for a **Customer Service Representative **who possesses personality with a smile to match, to work as part of our friendly team based at our** Epping** Customer Service Centre (CSC). Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, your primary focus will be to manage inbound online quotes and sales.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide exceptional customer service for inbound online quotes
- Utilise your selling skills to provide solutions to customers
- Keying of orders
- Regular communication and interaction with store managers
- Liaison with manufacturing and dispatch teams
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales to meet customer’s needs
- Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced service centre environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels of the business
- An eye for detail with strong administration and data entry skills
- Availability for some weekend work and out of hours work on occasions
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
