Production Process Worker – Food Manufacturing
Location: Epping, VIC
Shifts & Rates: Day (6am–2pm) – $30.35
Afternoon (2pm–10pm) – $34.90
Night (10pm–6am) – $39.46
Shifts are rostered based on production needs, so flexibility is required.
About the Role:
We are seeking experienced food manufacturing professionals to join a leading global food manufacturer in Epping. As a Production Process Worker, you will contribute to efficient, protected, and high-quality production operations in a GMP-compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities: Packing, palletising, labelling, and assisting machine operators
Maintaining GMP, HACCP, and OHS standards
Completing accurate documentation and record-keeping
Supporting product changeovers, housekeeping, and waste management
Working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
About You: Minimum 2 years’ experience in food manufacturing
Reliable, punctual, and a solid team player
Physically capable of lifting up to 10kg
High attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety
