Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
Greet and assist customers with a positive and professional demeanor.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Documentation and Filing:
Handle paperwork related to vehicle sales, service appointments, and other transactions.
Organize and maintain accurate records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.
Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule service appointments for customers.
Manage calendars for the sales and service teams.
Customer Relations:
Assist customers in completing required forms and documents.
Address customer queries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management:
Assist in managing inventory records for vehicle sales and parts.
Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory information.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with various departments, including sales, service, and finance, to facilitate seamless communication and information flow.
Provide administrative support to different teams as needed.
Cash Handling:
Process payments and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile daily transactions.
Office Maintenance:
Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office space.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred but not a must.
Training will be provided
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
Knowledge of automotive industry terminology and processes is a plus.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain a qualified and friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
Full time Monday
Friday.

Salary: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
