Marketing Manager | Flexible 4-Day Week | Office-Based Role in Epping Epping, NSW | 28 Hours Per Week | $40-$50 Per Hour We're a growing holiday rental management business based in Epping, managing a portfolio of properties across New South Wales, with a strong presence in the Jervis Bay region. We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing function and help drive the next stage of our growth. This is a newly created role where you'll work directly with the CEO to increase property owner enquiries, strengthen partner relationships and improve guest engagement. While we offer flexibility around working days and hours, this is an office-based role. We believe strongly in collaboration, team culture and working together in person, so the successful candidate will be based in our Epping office. What You'll Be Doing
• Developing and implementing marketing initiatives that generate qualified property owner enquiries.
• Managing digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta, social media and email marketing.
• Identifying and testing new marketing opportunities across both digital and traditional channels.
• Improving guest marketing, engagement and direct booking initiatives.
• Building and strengthening relationships with industry partners.
• Tracking results, measuring ROI and continually improving marketing performance. About You
• Professional, articulate and highly organised.
• An excellent written and verbal communicator.
• Creative, commercially minded and results-focused.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
• Confident using AI tools, automation and marketing technology.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills and a high level of initiative.
• Comfortable taking ownership and working independently. You enjoy generating ideas, implementing them and measuring the results. You don't wait to be told what to do and you're always looking for ways to improve, optimise and grow. What's On Offer?

Hours Our preference is for the successful candidate to work Monday to Thursday, however there is flexibility for the right candidate to work an alternative four-day arrangement between Monday and Friday, with one weekday off. Typical hours are 10:00am to 5:30pm, with some flexibility available for the right candidate. Our Culture We believe in freedom within boundaries.
