About Us Building Blocks Therapy Hub is a growing paediatric therapy service supporting children and families through Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Physiotherapy. We are a caring, collaborative and purpose-driven team focused on helping children build confidence, communication, regulation, movement and independence. We are looking for a practical and motivated Marketing & Referral Growth Coordinator to help us generate more suitable enquiries and build stronger local referral relationships. About the Role This is a hands-on marketing and growth role focused on increasing recent client enquiries. The role would suit an early-career marketer, marketing student, or someone with practical experience in digital marketing, local area marketing, community outreach or small business growth. You do not need to be a senior marketing manager, but you do need to be proactive, organised, confident with follow-up, and willing to take ownership. This is not just a social media role. The main focus is generating enquiries through Google Ads, Google reviews, local search visibility and referral outreach. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Own and manage Google Ads campaigns focused on generating suitable recent client enquiries.
- Monitor campaign performance, enquiry volume and cost per lead.
- Help improve ad copy, keywords, targeting and landing pages.
- Support Meta/Facebook/Instagram activity where useful, with a focus on enquiry generation rather than generic engagement. Google Business Profile & Reviews
- Maintain and improve Google Business Profile listings.
- Support a respectful process for requesting Google reviews from families.
- Help improve local search visibility for key services and suburbs.
- Keep service information, photos, opening hours and contact details accurate and transparent. Website Optimisation With approval/sign-off to web developer
- Help identify improvements to website content, service pages and enquiry pathways.
- Ensure service descriptions are clear, parent-friendly and aligned with what families are searching for.
- Support updates to pages for Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, NDIS-related support and local service areas.
- Help ensure website messaging is consistent with Google reviews, family needs and referral partner expectations. Referral & Community Outreach
- Build and maintain a list of local referral partners, including schools, preschools, paediatricians, GPs, psychologists, support coordinators, plan managers and community providers.
- Prepare simple outreach emails, service summaries and referral information.
- Make agreed introductory outreach by email and phone.
- Follow up professionally and help book introductory meetings for the Director.
- Support a rhythm of regular community engagement, ideally helping arrange one quality referral meeting or visit per week.
- Track outreach activity, follow-ups, meetings booked and referrals received. Reporting & Tracking
- Track where new enquiries are coming from.
- Maintain simple weekly reporting on Google Ads, Google reviews, website enquiries, referral outreach and meetings booked.
- Help identify what is working, what needs improving and where effort should be focused. What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is:
- A self-starter who can take ownership.
- Organised, reliable and good with follow-up.
- Interested in marketing, lead generation and business growth.
- Comfortable making outreach calls and sending professional emails.
- Warm, practical and confident communicating with local organisations.
- Able to work independently while staying aligned with the Director.
- Comfortable working in a caring, collaborative team environment. Skills & Experience Helpful experience includes:
- Marketing, digital marketing, business, communications or related study/experience.
- Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Meta Ads or willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Use of spreadsheets, simple databases or CRM-style tracking.
- Local area marketing, referral outreach or community engagement.
- Website content updates, basic SEO or landing page optimisation. Experience in allied health, healthcare, disability, education, childcare or NDIS-related services would be helpful but is not essential. Success in This Role Looks Like
- Growth in suitable current client enquiries across all Clinics .
- Improved Google Ads performance.
- Increased Google reviews and stronger local search visibility.
- A clear and active referral partner database.
- Regular outreach to schools, preschools, healthcare providers and NDIS-related contacts.
- Introductory meetings booked for the Director.
