Permanent Educator | Essendon About the Role We’re seeking a warm, dedicated Permanent Educator to join our Essendon centre. In this role, you’ll help create meaningful learning experiences, build strong connections with children and families, and support a calm, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to learn. You’ll work alongside a passionate team and be supported by an engaged Centre Leadership Team who value collaboration, communication, and ongoing professional growth. Key Responsibilities
- Support engaging, play‑based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
- Build trusting, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observe, document, and reflect on children’s learning and development
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on quality and consistency
- Maintain a high standard of health, safety, and wellbeing

About You
- ACECQA‑recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
- Passionate about early learning, child development, and meaningful relationships
- A supportive, positive communicator who thrives in a team environment
- Committed to reflective practice and continuous improvement
- Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid certificates
