Barista (Essendon)

We are looking for an experienced barista to join our family owned business in Essendon

We are looking for an energetic and friendly person to serve our amazing coffee

**Position**: Barista **Location**: Essendon **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in a barista role

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in operating espresso machines and coffee equipment independently
- Strong knowledge of coffee types, brewing techniques, and drink preparation
- Understands how to adjust grinder for dosing and atste of coffee
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle busy periods (300+ coffees per day)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $26.15
- $35.42 per hour

Expected hours: 12
- 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (required)
