My Stars Essendon is a newly acquired, family-owned early learning service, proudly part of the My Stars Education network. Located in the heart of Essendon, we are a government-approved, funded Long Daycare and Kindergarten service offering a warm, inclusive and multicultural learning workplace.

Positions Available: Diploma & Certificate III Educators

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and supervision for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

Support the implementation of programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Work collaboratively with Lead Educators, Room Leaders and Assistant Educators to plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences.

Build robust, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic environment in accordance with service policies and regulatory requirements.

Complete daily tasks such as observations, room setup and pack down, assisting with meals and basic cleaning duties.

Skills & Experience Required:

A Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).

A current Working With Children Check.

Child Protection Certificate.

Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.

A passion for working with children and a commitment to their development and wellbeing.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Understanding of the EYLF, NQS and relevant frameworks and regulations.

The legal right to work in Australia.
