**Duties**
- Provide a high level of technical support to the dealer network and customers.
- Manage technical assistance requests and develop timely solutions
- Monitor, assess and report technical trends to the Manager, Technical Support
- Produce high-quality Service Bulletins and Technical Tips
- Maintain the Policy and Procedure manual with specific reference to Technical Service support
- Provide technical support for all internal staff
- Prepare detailed product reports after investigation and ensure where necessary related parts are returned to the central office for further inspection and investigation
- Constantly upgrade knowledge by attending internal/external product and other training
- Perform other related duties as required
- Training will be provided

**Skills and experience**
- Motor Trade Qualification ESSENTIAL.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Computer literacy to an intermediate level Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to liaise effectively at all levels of an organization
- Previous parts interpreting experience desirable
- Power equipment product knowledge advantageous
- This role would suit a Mechanic looking to come off the tools and progress their career.
