What will your new day look like?
- Support the Senior Property Manager across end‑to‑end leasing & tenancy (applications, sign‑ups, inspections, reports, OFIs).
- Be the first point of contact for renters, landlords and stakeholders; respond promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance, including incident reporting; attend tribunal (VCAT) as required.
- Proactively manage tenancies to support sustainability and positive outcomes.
- Manage portfolio performance (rent reviews, arrears, bonds, vacancies) and resolve disputes professionally.
- Collaborate across teams, meet deadlines and compliance requirements, and travel to properties What benefits will you receive?

- Certificate IV in Property Services or Agents Representative Certificate
- Current Driver Licence with the right to drive in Victoria
- Work experience in residential and tenancy management
- High‑level written and verbal communication; ability to listen, interpret and convey information clearly
- Robust negotiation and conflict management skills; able to influence and interact with diverse stakeholders
- Proven experience managing difficult or challenging customer interactions
- Effective planning and organisation; ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated customer service excellence and commitment to building supportive, collaborative and ethical client relationships
- Strong teamwork and a commitment to building a supportive, collaborative team culture
- Must be willing to work Saturdays (as required) Desirable
- Experience appearing at VCAT
- Knowledge of Affordable Housing (desirable)
- Experience using Property Tree or other tenancy management systems; confident with software, internet, devices and workplace technologies How do you apply?
