About the Role The successful candidate will:
- Manage a portfolio of ongoing financial planning clients.
- Provide high‑quality strategic advice across a broad range of areas, including SMSF.
- Work closely with the leadership group to mentor, support and help guide the Wealth Team.
- Contribute to the continual improvement of advice processes, client experience, and team capability.
- Be supported by dedicated paraplanning and administration resources. Skills & Experience Required
- 5+ years’ experience as a professional financial planner, ideally in a holistic advice environment.
- Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence and build trust.
- Advanced technical and strategic advisory capability, including SMSF expertise, supported by a relevant degree.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to broader team outcomes.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine commitment to teamwork and shared success.
