Productions & Parts Manager (Maribyrnong)

We require a Productions & Parts Manager at our shop Western General Bodyworks Maribyrnong to coordinate the functions and ensure the smooth running of the workshop, as well as help build the business by developing relationships with potential customers and further enhancing the reputation of the business. To be successful in this role, you are required to have:
- Previous experience in managing a smash repair workshop
- Personal smash repair knowledge (panel beating, spray painting, car parts, etc.)
- Experience in managing staff workloads and scheduling work
- Knowledge of automotive estimation / quoting
- Must have excellent leadership and customer service skills Key Skills and Experience
- Workshop management and production
- Ordering and parts handling
- Staff supervision and job allocation
- Final quality check on vehicles prior to release to the customer
- Finalise job files ready for invoicing.
- To manage workshop, supervise and co-ordinate the repair process along with preparing and submitting estimates to work providers and clients. The Perks:
