At Only About Children, we believe children are capable, curious, and active contributors in their community. We are looking for a passionate Educational Leader to join our campus leadership team and guide educators in delivering a high-quality curriculum that empowers every child to reach their full potential through a passion for learning. This role is an integral part of our leadership team, combining pedagogy, leadership, and collaboration to ensure excellence in early childhood education.

As our Educational Leader, you will:

- Inspire, mentor, and coach educators to extend their practice, pedagogy, and professional growth.
- Partner with the Campus Director and leadership team to embed our philosophy and deliver the OAC Grow curriculum.
- Ensure every child's voice, culture, and interests are valued in meaningful learning experiences.
- Lead critical reflection, curriculum decision-making, and continuous quality improvement across the service.
- Build strong connections with families, educators, and the wider community to create the best outcomes for children.

**About You**: You are an inspiring leader with strong knowledge of Early Childhood Education and a genuine commitment to supporting children and educators. You bring:

- An approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (or Diploma with significant experience).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role within the sector.
- Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (V2.0), National Quality Standards, and state-specific requirements.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to challenge, guide, and support educators.
- A commitment to child safety, wellbeing, and inclusion.
