Experienced Part Time Baker (Aberfeldie)

**About Us**

We are a local family owned gourmet Bakery based near Essendon. We are one of Victoria's premier artisan bakery.We are passionate about our quality and take pride in preparing quality gourmet bakery products. Our pastries are best and famous and are much liked in the area. Due to strong demand and growing business we are looking for a new Beker to complement our existing team.

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- Excellent Hand Moulding
- Able to produce consistent doughs from scratch.
- Have ability and passion to produce high quality sourdough and pastries.
- Mixing, dividing, shaping & baking bread.
- Produce high quality product with exceptional presentation and be creative.
- Detailed understanding of the bread production procedures.
- Assist and support other team members whenever possible.
- Must maintain personal hygiene and presentation.
- Should be a team player, reliable and flexible and be able to work in in a fast-paced work environment.
- Must be able to reliably commute to Bakery. Having own car is preferable.
- Must be available on Sunday evenings and Monday evenings.
