**Description**: We're in search of an Assistant Store Manager for our DFO Essendon Store, someone who can help our customers embrace life with joy and confidence. We're seeking a dedicated, ambitious, and people-oriented individual to collaborate with the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of retail store operations. This includes, but is not limited to, leading and developing team members, recruitment, driving store performance, managing inventory, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
