Essendon Fields Mazda is on the search for an Automotive Fleet Account Managerto join our dynamic Fleet Department!

The Fleet Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with fleet customers, understanding their unique needs, and delivering customized solutions to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a energetic team and contribute to the success of our fleet sales division. If you are motivated to succeed, are a fast learner with attention to detail and exceptional customer relationship skills, then we would love to hear from you!

YOU:

Current manual drivers’ licence

Strong understanding of all aspects of a fleet operation

Highly developed knowledge of the automotive industry

Ability to understand and profile customer needs

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders

Strong teamwork skills

Previous fleet sales experience in the automotive industry is essential
