**About the Role**

We’re seeking an experienced Loan Wrtier or Mortgage Broker to join our Melbourne team. This is a high-performance role focused purely on executing deals
- no cold calling, no lead generation. You’ll be supported by our proven framework and strong pipeline of motivated clients.

**What You’ll Do**
- Partner with our property and finance teams to deliver seamless solutions
- Navigate SMSF, trusts, and complex investment scenarios with confidence
- Work across a wide range of lenders, including second-tier

**What You’ll Bring**
- Minimum **3 years’ experience** in loan writing.
- **Cert IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking** (completed)
- Experience with SMSF and second-tier lenders
- Skilled in **ApplyOnline** and **LoanApp/Simpology**:

- Experience using **Quickli**.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and client-focused
- Proven results**:currently settling $3M+ per month and 100+ career settlements**
