**About the Role**: As a Baker, you'll be responsible for mixing, shaping and finishing a wide variety of breads and baked goods including traditional Lebanese manousheh and pastries. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment alongside a supportive team, with a focus on quality, consistency, and cleanliness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing doughs and baking breads, manousheh, and pastries
- Maintaining a clean and organized bakery workspace
- Following recipes and portion control guidelines
- Ensuring all baked goods meet our quality and freshness standards
- Preparation of ingredients including shredding cheese and cutting vegetables
