**Role Description/Criteria**

St Columba’s College Ltd is a Catholic Years 7-12 school for young women located in Essendon. Under the stewardship of Mary Aikenhead Ministries, and conducted in the tradition of the Sisters of Charity, the College has a rich history of educating young women who are faithful and robust, empowered to discover, pursue and achieve their aspirations.

This Manager plays a pivotal role in the development of a culture that develops and sustains inspired and motivated staff to support excellence in across all areas of school function.
