Your responsibilities will include
- Performing advanced body contouring and skin treatments
- Conducting detailed consultations and creating tailored treatment plans
- Building strong client relationships through ongoing support and care
- Delivering solution-focused recommendations with confidence
- Managing client journeys, including aftercare and retention
- Consistently achieving KPIs and revenue targets
- Maintaining high standards of clinic presentation, hygiene, and compliance
- Contributing positively to team performance and clinic growth About You
- Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 1+ years experience in skin, aesthetics, or body shaping clinics
- Passionate about helping clients build confidence and achieve results
- Dedicated, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional care
- Proven track record in sales and KPI achievement
- Confident in consultations, objection handling, and closing sales
- Strong relationship-building and client retention skills
- Motivated to grow within a performance-driven environment
