- 5:00 PM

About Us:

Essential Care Victoria is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to our clients. We are a CHSP service provider, we are looking for a motivated and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls and assisting clients with inquiries.

Making outbound calls to clients, staff, and stakeholders as needed.

Scheduling and managing client bookings efficiently.

Maintaining accurate records and updating schedules.

Providing general administrative support to the team.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.

Previous experience in customer service, preferably handling calls.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
