**Role Description/Criteria**

St Columba’s College Ltd is a Catholic secondary girls’ school located in Essendon under the stewardship of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and conducted in the tradition of the Sisters of Charity.

St Columba’s College is seeking a detail-oriented **Finance Officer (Family Accounts)** to manage school fee billing, receipting, and debt collection with accuracy and professionalism. This is a full time ongoing role.

As the Finance Officer (Family Accounts) your key responsibilities will include:

- Administer tuition fee billing, receipting and payment plans
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports
- Liaise with families regarding fee arrangements and concessions
- Support the Business Manager with budgeting and financial processes

We are looking for:

- Experience in accounts receivable (school experience desirable)
- Proficiency in finance systems (Synergetic preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Robust communication, organisation, and problem solving skills
- A professional, empathetic approach and commitment to confidentiality
