Role Description

This is a Part/ full time, on-site position for an Appointment Setter and Property Sales representative based in Melbourne, VIC. Responsibilities include scheduling consultations and appointments with prospective clients, actively engaging in property sales, and understanding clients’ investment needs to tailor personalized property recommendations. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, assisting with documentation, and consistently providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Solid communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with clients effectively.

Experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or a related field is preferred.

Knowledge of property investment or real estate markets is highly desirable.

Organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle client appointments and follow-ups.

Self-motivated and target-driven attitude with a passion for sales and customer success.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to commute to our Melbourne office location.
