**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assess Financial Needs**: Evaluate client financial situations and determine their borrowing requirements. Provide tailored advice on loan products, including home loans, business loans, and other finance options.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with market trends, interest rates, and lending products to provide informed and competitive financial solutions.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all loan processing activities comply with legal, regulatory, and lender requirements. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for each client.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and financial institutions. Provide ongoing support and advice to clients throughout the borrowing process.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma or higher qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance broking or a related role.
- Sound knowledge of financial products, lending criteria, and regulations in Australia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
