Now we’re looking for passionate kitchen legends to join the crew. THE ROLE We’re on the hunt for experienced kitchen team members who can handle the heat and bring serious flavour to the kitchen. What you’ll be doing:

- Smashing and building burgers to perfection on the flat top
- Cooking ribs, wings and grill items with consistency and care
- Preparing, seasoning and plating food to RocoMamas standards
- Following recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Recording food temperatures and handling stock correctly
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’ll fit right in if you:
- Have burger or grill experience
- Thrive in busy kitchens
- Work well under pressure
- Take pride in quality and presentation
- Have solid attention to detail
- Bring positive energy and teamwork
- Are reliable, flexible and ready for rotating shifts including nights and weekends
