**About the Role**

We are currently hiring a **Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor**. This role is responsible for ensuring the Grounds and Maintenance team maintain fantastic appearance of the site, attending to any maintenance issues as they arise in accordance with the requirements of the site.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain public areas, gardens, lawns, and facilities to high standards, including pool care, equipment upkeep, and repairs.
- Supervise, coach, and support maintenance staff; manage performance, recruitment, and team development.
- Manage maintenance budgets, log and track repair work, prepare purchase orders, and support budgeting processes.
- Coordinate with contractors, respond to resident queries, and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Conduct site inspections, ensure safe work practices, maintain records, and uphold WHS policies.

**About You**
- Proven experience in building and grounds maintenance, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergencies confidently.
- High level of customer service with a positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable with manual tasks including lifting, gardening, equipment use, and regular physical activity across the site.
- Knowledgeable in protected work practices, including proper use of PPE, tools, and chemicals.
- Current ‘C’ class driver's licence.
