About The Role This HR Management position will lead and strengthen the team's people and culture function. The role is a hands‑on and strategic position where you’ll partner closely with leaders and teams to build a thriving, culturally safe, and high‑performing workplace. What You’ll Be Doing
- Be a trusted advisor to leaders, providing practical, solutions‑focused HR guidance
- Lead both strategic and operational HR functions across the organisation
- Partner with teams across three sites, providing hands‑on, visible HR support
- Drive workforce strategies that attract, retain, and develop a values‑driven workforce
- Champion a culturally protected, inclusive, and engaged workplace
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to offboarding
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation, Awards, WHS, and internal policies
- Lead and support employee relations matters, including investigations and performance management
- Strengthen HR systems, processes, and reporting to improve efficiency and outcomes What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Strong, end‑to‑end HR experience across employee relations, recruitment, and workforce planning
- Proven ability to lead HR initiatives, projects, or organisational change
- Experience working in cross-cultural environments, with a genuine commitment to cultural safety
- Sound knowledge of Fair Work legislation, Awards, and compliance frameworks
- Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, coach, and build trust
- High level of discretion and ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters
- Excellent communication skills, including policy development and reporting
