**The Organisation** Our client is seeking a highly motivated accounts payable officer to join their team on a full-time basis within Melbourne's Northern suburb of Fawkner. Our client is a market leading and trending organisation that is seeking a like minded individual to join them in their growth phase.

**The Responsibilities** The duties of the role will consist of the following; however, not exclusive to:

- Statement and Account Reconciliations
- High volume of invoice processing on a daily basis
- Dealing with supplier queries and concerns
- Dealing with foreign currency payments
- Preparation of batch payments for weekly approval
- End of month reporting
- Assisting with duties in the accounts receivable function
- Has worked within a similar role within previous employment
- High attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to adapt and learn within the role
