The Organisation

Our client is seeking a highly motivated accounts payable officer to join their team on a full time basis within Melbourne's Northern suburb of Fawkner. Our client is a market leading and trending organisation that is seeking a like minded individual to join them in their growth phase.

The Responsibilities

The duties of the role will consist of the following; however, not exclusive to:

Statement and Account Reconciliations

High volume of invoice processing on a daily basis

Dealing with supplier queries and concerns

Dealing with foreign currency payments

Preparation of batch payments for weekly approval

End of month reporting

Assisting with duties in the accounts receivable function

Has worked within a similar role within previous employment

High attention to detail

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work within a team environment

Ability to adapt and learn within the role
