Certificated Gardeners (Hadfield)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement contemporary horticultural practices for parks and garden maintenance
- Maintain garden beds, including weeding, planting, and mulching
- Operate and maintain ride-on mowers and other gardening equipment
- Ensure the safe operation of all equipment, reporting any incidents or maintenance issues
- Participate in landscape improvement works and team meetings
- Support environmental sustainability and OHS policies

**About You**:

- Certified in Horticulture (Certificate III) with relevant experience in open space maintenance
- Skilled in the use of horticultural machinery and equipment, including ride-on mowers and 2 axle rigid vehicles over 8 tonnes GVM
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Hold a current Victorian Driver's Licence; MR Licence and Traffic Control Card highly desirable
