We are looking for a Production supervisor/Team leader to help run the factory floor operations in a busy manufacturing environment. You will learn the ropes from the ground up in a process-driven environment starting from batching and cutting, going through to scheduling and running the factory floor.

Key responsibilities:

- Working across batching, cutting and assembly

- Coordinating daily production with the team

- Helping organize workflow and keep jobs moving

- Maintaining quality, output and factory standards

- Taking ownership of sections of production Requirements Key requirements:

- Hands-on experience in a factory/manufacturing environment or similar discipline

- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands on approach with ability to motivate a team

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem solving aptitude

- Strong focus on workplace safety Benefits
