Architectural Draftsperson (Ferntree Gully)

We are seeking an experienced and qualified architectural draftsperson to join our team on a full time basis.

**Duties**:

- Assisting architects across project planning
- Reading and reviewing project blueprints including interpreting regulations and codes
- Providing technical support to project teams and clients
- Preparing and reviewing maps, charts and drawings
- Collecting and analysing relevant data and preparing reports
- Preparing project estimates and timelines
- Conducting quality control checks to ensure that projects meet design specifications and

regulatory requirements
- Providing support to architects and engineers in the design, construction and management of a variety of projects
- Performing routine computations
- Ensuring a project matches client specifications
- Developing and managing positive relations with clients and stakeholders

**Desired**:

- Qualification at Diploma level or above in relevant architectural field
- At least 3 years relevant work experience in similar role

**Job Types**: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00
- $75,000.00 per year
