Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute a diverse menu of dishes with creativity, precision, and attention todetail, in line with our culinary standards and guest expectations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment, adhering to food safety andsanitation guidelines at all times.
Collaborate closely with our culinary team to develop seasonal menus, daily specials, andinnovative culinary offerings that highlight local and seasonal ingredients.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders for kitchen suppliesand ingredients as needed to support menu execution.
Provide leadership and mentorship to kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork,excellence, and continuous improvement.
Work collaboratively with management to control food costs, optimize kitchen operations,and uphold the highest standards of quality and consistency.
