**The details**

Here at our **Ferntree Gully **head officedepot we are looking to welcome a positive, energetic team leader to our fun and welcoming afternoon Production Team.

Working **5 x 6-7 hour shifts** per week, the **Sunday to Thursday** roster operates from **12.30pm Sunday **and **1.30pm Monday to Thursday**.

You have a strong understanding of food production and correct food handling procedures, and the ability to successfully lead and mentor a team of 13 happy and friendly people!

Please note payrate listed is for an adult 21+ years old and will be less for younger applicants, and there is potential for permanency.

To be successful in the role, you offer the following:

- Safety first

- Team leader/Supervisor experience in a food manufacturing setting
- Competently (and without assistance) lift 10-20kg regularly
- Ability to work in a cool room environment
- Physically capable of bending, lifting, twisting, stretching and reaching forward frequently, without discomfort
- Perform repetitive work while adhering to quality and safety standards
- Using equipment and tools, as well as operating machinery for preparation and processing (able to operate or exposure to packing machinery an advantage)
- Stand in one place for long periods of time
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment and facilities
- **Reliable **and available to work allocated shifts consistently
- Great communication skills at all levels
