**Administration Assistant**
- Permanent Full-Time Position | 80-hour fortnight with monthly ADO
- Angliss Community Rehabilitation Centre Upper Ferntree Gully | Angliss Hospital, Peter James Centre, Wantirna Health and Yarra Ranges Health

**About the role**
The role is primarily administrative with frontline costumer service dealing and general enquiries.
Data entry is a large focus of this position as well as managing client bookings and client and staff enquiries.
You will be joining a team of dedicated administration assistants who work tirelessly to support clients and clinical staff who access ambulatory services.
Work is based on teamwork and a collaborative mindset is essential.
It is a busy environment so you will need to enjoy multi-tasking and a fast-paced environment
You can be asked to work across campuses, but this role is primarily at the Angliss Community Rehabilitation Centre in Upper Ferntree Gully
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Have previous administration experience in similar role (essential)
- Medical Terminology (desirable)
- Thrive on a busy work environment where priorities can change quickly
- Work closely with our rehabilitation teams and will work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals
- Process excellent communication skills and have advanced customer service and interpersonal skills
- Be a team player
- Have the capacity to multitask and prioritise workload
- Have an excellent eye for detail and enjoy contributing to a high standard of data entry and accuracy.
- Have demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the _Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice)_. Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment._
